Once you’ve placed your order and payment is complete on our website there is no cancellation and changing of the products and colour.
Once payment is complete, parcel will be ship out within 5 business working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) using courier company or our company personal driver. During festive or peak season it might take 8 to 10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) to ship out the parcel (especially hamper and gifts). Our delivery is attempted by a local courier or by our personal driver. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s is not at home or office, the parcel may be left at the courier company office where it can be later collected by the recipient (a note will be left at the recipients’ door).
Please note: Hampermalaysia.com can’t be held responsible if the recipient fails to collect the parcel within 3 business days of the attempted delivery date, which will result in the parcel being spoiled and discarded.
Incorrect Recipient Information
If delivery could not be complete because of an incorrect specified recipient’s address or incorrect phone number of a recipient, hampermalaysia.com will not be held responsible for delays or failure, therefore no refund will be provided.
Please double check the address & specify a valid recipient’s phone number to ensure the hamper will reach the recipient’s on time.
Hamper packaging type maybe varies based on delivery location and season. Gifts may arrive in a traditional gift basket or normal basket. Sometimes filler and protective packaging may look different from the images shown on our website, but we will always try to offer highest quality option to protect the hamper during shipping. Hampermalaysia.com reserve the right to substitute the basket type, bow & wrap color incase the original one is out of stock.
Order Refused by a Recipient
In the rare situation if the parcel recipient refuse to accept it for personal reason or due to their company policy, we will offer an option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient in the same country. In case our company had incurred expenses for the order processing & delivery to the initial recipient, additional payment for order redirection may be requested. If you offer no option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient, no refund will be possible as each item is freshly pack-to-order and many items are perishable and can’t be reused for another order.
Sometimes minor substitutions can be made to your hamper baskets due to stock unavailability. We guarantee to replace those item with the same value and highest quality product.
If a refund is approved by Management, our company may have to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. The process of refund will take 3-5 business working days.
